Location was good, and the place was suitable place for exploring the city. The room was modern, had a very comfy bed. The staff were amicable lot of the time. The airport was 10 minutes drive away.

The room had a TV and a clean shower with hot water. It was in a safe building and there were clear instructions for lock box access.
The room was uncomfortable and the walls were too thin, making it possible to hear noise from the next room. The shower door could not be made private and there were no outlets in the bathroom.

The hotel's location had a great proximity, allowing for easy access to downtown and Balboa Park. The room was tidy and had useful facilities such as a mini-fridge and microwave. One of the advantages was the personnel that was friendly and polite, always available to assist with our needs.
The soundproofing was poor, and we found it challenging to sleep due to the noise coming from other rooms.
